Shipping policy

  • As pieces are individually created, many of our everyday designs are made-to-order. However, we are always filling up our in-house stock. Orders are filled from stock first. If stock is not available, your purchase will be made-to-order and will be complete around 3 weeks. For specific stock inquiries, please see the contact us page.
  • For custom work, please allow 4 weeks from the time we received the artwork, if needed artwork approval and/or cremains for completion.

  • Shipping times will be determined by your location and the shipping method you select(ed) at check-out. Our standard shipping method is USPS. All shipping time frames are in addition to the time it takes to create your Thumbprint.

  • Shipping Outside the U.S.

    • Purchaser is responsible for all applicable import duties and taxes.
