Refund policy

• We gladly accept returns and exchanges on everyday (non-custom) collections only. Shipping must be paid by the customer. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
• Custom creations may not be returned or exchanged. However, we stand by all of our work.
• We reserve to the right to change clay and glaze as supply availability changes. All finished Prayer Thumbprints fit into the collection. Design varies but, all are made with love and care.
• From our family to yours, we put lots of love and careful attention into each item. We hope you enjoy our work as much as we enjoy bringing it to you.
